What do Stratus Defense Group Uniformed Officers do?
Our Officers are trained to be professional enforcers. Our management and field Officers have a track record of customer service-based performance where we specifically develop proactive training and procedures in order to condition safe environments for our clients. That training includes state law and civil/criminal procedures, customer service oriented engagement, emergency planning, local law enforcement relationship development, and proactive enforcement and patrols.
How are Stratus Defense Group Officers different from other companies that provide Guard services?
Simply put, mindset, training and performance. There’s no job too hard or too dangerous. We welcome the challenge and we overcome adversity. And we do all of this without intimidation and with due regard for life, property, and respect for the law. Many organizations refuse to be proactive because their Officers lack of training. Our Officers utilize every bit of the authority given to us under the law to best serve our clients. Our training does not stop at the required state minimum standards for licensing. Our training is ongoing in order to develop new tactics and techniques to better condition our environments and serve our clients in a meaningful way.
