Hello, I need to know does O1E $99 fee also includes the Photo and fingerprinting needed?

  DCJS schools no longer take photos of students. DCJS will pull your photo from DMV if you’re a VA resident. If you’re not a VA resident, they will send you instructions when they issue you a temporary registration which will ask you to go to a local DMV in your state. Fingerprints are no longer done at schools either. They now contract with FieldPrint. There are many FieldPrint locations scattered in the area (many UPS stores are FieldPrint locations). You make an appointment online and pay them, show up and do your fingerprints electronically. The $99 fee is for us to train you for two days. We will provide you instructions for everything else in class.
